Appears to lack basic features

Running on iOS 8, iPad Air 2.

Shovelware.

Shockingly non-intuitive for such a simple idea. Spend the money elsewhere. Some problems found in a brief use:

The app appears to be rotation locked, forcing me to edit landscape pictures in portrait orientation.

I cant add more lines of text after drawing the first one in.

I cant select a second line of text to edit.

Surprisingly hard to find documentation.

Does not reliably save work.
